Why are you so much cheaper than high street agents?

What happens when I want to proceed?
We aim within 24 hours for your Red Roof Personal Estate Agent to visit your property to take all the necessary details and property particulars and ask you to sign the paperwork. Depending on your location we will choose whether your fee can be paid during the visit by cheque or before the visit through a secure online transaction. Once your payment is cleared and your HIP is ready your property will be uploaded to all the big property portals for continuous advertising. Simple!
